Yara was delighted with the service she received from Twining!

Yara found support through the help of her Employment Specialist Debra who helped her to develop skills including CV writing, telephone interviews and emails to employers!  Yara is now happy to be working and we were so pleased to receive the following feedback from her about our service…

“I would like to give Twining Enterprise five stars for the best service!  When I got referred to Twining Enterprise their Employment Specialist Debra contacted me and explained to me about the programme.

I attended all appointments I had with Debra and she helped me a lot and listened to my concerns.  She booked me into a CV writing skills work shop and afterwards she was able to help me find a job by giving me advice and support for my mental health.  She supported me to get confidence and taught me about phone interview skills and how to write professional emails to employers.  She also helped me to write a professional CV and I was able to find a job at the library after this.

I am now working, and I would like to thank you all in Twining Enterprise for helping people with my health condition to find a job and success.”
