Twining Enterprise exists to improve mental wellbeing through helping people with mental health challenges find and stay in work, and for over 25 years we have been changing the lives of individuals across London.
Our tailored employment support service is there to help individuals with mental health challenges living in London get into mainstream employment. We inspire hope and create opportunity, ensuring our clients can access high quality information, advice and motivational coaching to help them reach their work-related goals and aspirations.
We also work directly with employers, forming partnerships to offer our clients vacancies. We work to create an inclusive and diverse workforce which values mental wellbeing, and challenges stigma and discrimination wherever it is found.
Twining’s vision is of a world where individuals with mental health challenges can enjoy the same life and work opportunities as everyone else.
We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits that work provides, but also access support in times of difficulty without disruption. We want all individuals, whatever their circumstances, to be fully accepted members of their community and our services work towards achieving this.
Our values guide us in everything we do.
Our staff embody them, they underpin our services, and are the basis of all relationships with both clients and employers. This is why Twining Enterprise continues to drive change.

Since 1995 we have been providing employment support to individuals with mental health challenges across London.
25 years later we remain at the forefront, constantly evolving to meet future and existing challenges. Originally formed out of a local mental health day service in the 1990s by staff and service users who wanted to develop support into employment for people with mental health challenges, our mission remains the same.
