Service Lead (Talking Therapies team)

Employment Specialists (multiple roles across primary and secondary care)

We're looking to recruit a number of Employment Specialists to join our teams in Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham or Haringey.  You will provide an IPS employment support service to help people with either mild to moderate or severe mental health conditions gain and sustain paid employment. A full job description can be found here: Employment Specialists across primary and secondary care Job Description

Employer Engagement Lead (Haringey and Barnet)

A central tenet of the IPS model is employer engagement; reaching out to local employers on behalf of clients to find suitable and sustainable employment.  We are now looking to recruit a professional and self-motivated Employer Engagement Lead to develop relationships with local businesses in Haringey and Barnet.  They will help encourage businesses to employ individuals with mental health challenges and educate them on how to foster a supportive working environment.  A full job description can be found here: Employer Engagement Lead Job Description
