Krystyna surpassed her expectations and achieved more!

Krystyna found support through the help of Employment Specialist Debra who helped her every step of the way to achieve more than she had originally wished for!  We asked Krystyna how she felt about the IPS Works programme and service she had received from Twining Enterprise and Debra…

“I have entered this programme after completing my therapy with local IAPT team.  I was feeling better, but still felt the need to be looked after.  My coach was excellent, I instantly had connection with her, although felt a bit apprehensive at the beginning.  She was very caring and knowledgeable, provided me with all the resources that I needed to achieve my goal.

I did not aim to climb mountains, my goal was very modest, but I have surpassed my expectations and achieved more than I originally wished.  Having that single person who cares for you gave me a massive boost in confidence that I was lacking.

Just want to say a massive thank you to my coach Debra and rest of the team who passionately educated me and did their best to help me become better.”
