Dean stops doubting and becomes positively unstoppable

I was first linked to Twining Enterprise in December 2019 after having been quite unsuccessful in my search for employment. I was referred by my care support worker as I lacked confidence. However, since them my confidence has been built back up. 

With the help of my employment specialist Madalina, I have developed a strategy for job searching and I look forward to our two-weekly sessions with enthusiasm.

My confidence has grown and I feel less stressed.  I have been able to get through the first stage of the job interview selection process quite a few times. Madalina helped me tremendously in redrafting my CV, writing a new covering letter and with interview preparation.

I look forward to our telephone conversations and it helps me to focus on my job search for part-time employment. Twining Enterprise has been a saviour to me during the pandemic and has given me new confidence.
