Twining Enterprise are delighted to be working with the Mitie Foundation to support Twining clients into sustainable employment within Mitie, the UK’s leading facilities management company.  The partnership opens the door to a range of employment opportunities within Mitie, which looks after workspaces for some of the UK’s biggest brands and iconic locations, as well as supporting government and local authorities.

Twining clients will gain access to Mitie’s internal and external job vacancies, with the opportunity to apply for suitable roles through the Mitie Careers website.  Supported by Twining’s Employment Specialists, clients will have the chance to search for jobs by sector, job title or location, ensuring the vacant positions returned match what clients are looking for in terms of their experience, interests and where they want to work.

Following some “killer questions” to ensure candidates suitability for a particular role, clients will just need to upload a CV and their application is submitted.  This directly notifies the Mitie hiring manager that an application has been received and is ready for review.  Clients can also sign up to job alerts via the Mitie Careers website, so they are notified as soon as suitable jobs within Mitie are advertised.

Twining Enterprise Chief Executive, Oliver Jacobs said, “Twining Enterprise shares the same passion as the Mitie Foundation for breaking down barriers and helping people who want to work, but may have been overlooked, find sustainable, fulfilling employment.  This partnership will create exciting job opportunities for Twining clients across a range of sectors and job roles.  Moreso, the Mitie Careers site will make finding and applying for suitable jobs a straightforward and stress free experience.”

Mitie Foundation Lead, Alexia Tsalkitzoglou explained, “At Mitie, we know that our diversity makes us stronger and understand the huge value people from different backgrounds and with different perspectives bring to our business. The Mitie Foundation is committed to breaking barriers and supporting more people into sustainable, fulfilling employment and we’re excited to be working with Twining Enterprise to help us achieve this ambition.”
