Job Purpose:
To monitor and maintain Twining's computer systems and networks, install and configure computers systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and provide technical and application support both over the phone or in person.
Twining is looking for an IT Technical Support Officer to join our Central Services team.
This is an exciting time for a knowledgeable and patient technical support officer to join our team. Supporting our aim to be the “go-to” mental health and employment charity in London - you will be an important part of ensuring our team work effectively.
This post will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. The successful applicant will need to have the ability to travel around London and Greater London as required.
