I wouldn't be where I am today without Shayna’s help!

Salma* had been feeling lost in her search for work; not sure what she wanted to do or if she’d ever find a job she loved.  This all changed when she met her dedicated Twining Employment Specialist, Shayna. Shayna helped her to discover her strengths and also supported her with practical advice on job applications and job interviews.  She is now in a job she loves!  Here Salma tells us how she felt about the support she received…

When I first came to Twining Enterprise, I was feeling really lost.  I wasn't sure what I wanted to do or if I'd ever find a job that I loved.  But then I met Shayna, and everything changed.

She was so patient and understanding.  She helped me figure out what my strengths were and gave me tips on how to approach job applications.  I was really nervous about interviews, but Shayna helped me practice and feel more confident.

Thanks to Shayna's support, I was able to land a job at HMRC.  It's been amazing!  I'm so grateful for everything she did for me.  I wouldn't be where I am today without her help.
