Quality

At Twining we aim to deliver a high quality service that exceeds our customers' expectations. Our Information, Advice and Guidance service has been awarded the national Matrix quality standard since 2003. We are currently accredited until 2012 and focus on continually improving the quality of our service.

The Environment

Twining is committed to sustainable development and improving our environmental performance. We recognise that our actions impact on the local and regional communties in which we work. In 2008 we were awarded the Green Mark for our Environmental Management work.
