We are a young dynamic and fast growing charity that has expanded it’s reach from Ealing alone to over 13 London Boroughs in less than twenty years. Our mission is to provide our life changing service across London and we continue to expand our delivery with European Social Fund, NHS and London Council funding. Furthermore we have recently secured considerable financial and intellectual support from the Social Business Trust to ensure that we deliver our strategic vision.

Our staff are highly professional, passionate and committed people who are motivated to improve the lives of those with mental health conditions. A proportion of our staff have personal lived experience of mental health conditions and with our support and their own self-management play an important role informing our approach.

About the Project Manager Role:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the successful mobilisation and early-stage implementation of our £1.78m ESF/Big Lottery IPS Works Project (Individual Placement and Support for people with common mental health problems) across West London. This is a fixed term role till end of January 2018.

About you:

You will be a positive, results-orientated and self-motivated individual with able to manage a complex programme of activity.

Terms and conditions

  • Under the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 (section 8 amended 1 May 2004) all successful applicants will be required to produce evidence of their right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Successful applicants may be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check / Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 Exemptions order 1986 check depending on the post applied for.
  • References will be required and may need to span the last three years of work history (individual NHS Trusts have different requirements for their contracts – to be discussed at interview). We will not normally request your references unless we offer you employment. At least one reference should be from your current or most recent employers. References must either be from your existing line manager or the company HR team and will only be accepted if the referee is still working at the company at the time of submitted references. We may also call your referee for a verbal reference. If you have been unemployed or have not worked in the last three years this should be indicated to the recruitment team who will discuss suitable referees with you.
